Description

  1. Biometric Machine Integration
    The client requires a biometric machine with configured software to be live at their location for testing purposes.
  2. Client Reference List
    Need to Provide a detailed list of existing clients who are using the HR and Payroll software for reference.
  3. Login Module
    Employees will log in using their Employee ID and password (instead of username or email).
    Each employee must have unique login credentials
  4. Employee Creation & Detail Report
    Demonstrated ERP functionality to create individual employee records and bulk import through Excel sheets.
    Demonstrated report downloading from ERP & also shown the preview option with all details like personal and professional details etc…
  5. Reporting Structure
    Employees should be able to report to multiple individuals (e.g., Assistant Manager, Manager, etc.).
  6. Holiday List Management
    Allow multiple holiday lists based on:
    Location: Head offices, branches, and factories.
    Department: Specific departmental holidays.
    Employee Groups: Bulk assignment to specific groups or all employees.
    Demonstrated ERP functionality for holiday list management.
  7. Employee Dashboard
    Key Features:
    Employee photo, name, designation, and reporting structure.
    Features: Talent acquisition, employee management, leave/attendance calendar, and claim reimbursements.
    Display recent activities (e.g., last 10 leave applications).
    Integration of timesheets, travel requests, and shift requests.
    Additional Details:
    Policies, leave balances, and attendance details.
    Notifications/announcements from management.
  8. Shortcuts:
    Quick access for approved and pending leave applications.
