Hello,
The client has kindly provided Anydesk access for only 30 minutes to address this issue. He has mentioned that he may not be able to offer access again for the same problem.
If the issue remains unresolved today, he is planning to visit the Narayanpura office tomorrow, so we will need to coordinate accordingly.
Requesting your support in resolving this at the earliest convenience so we can avoid any further inconvenience to the client.
